Our aim is for a First Responder to be on the road to your location within 30 mins of receiving your call, in all likelihood this will be reduced to 10 minutes. Whilst our first responder is on the road, other team members will be assisting you in assessing / minimising the damage over the phone/Internet. Once we have a presence on site further staff may be despatched to your location.
Our First Responders use motorcycles to ensure the fastest possible response times to your site. Our First Response team are trained by the California Superbike School. |
